Bike Skills Area Overview
The Bike Skills Area is a volunteer-led project, sponsored by Community Partners of Greenville. The area is currently under construction with volunteers from the community in partnership with the Town of Greenville. This area is being developed in at least two phases. Phase 1, currently under construction, is focussed on younger children or those without much experience on a bike. It will feature an easy balance bike friendly 1/8 mile loop with optional features to improve their bike skills, balance, confidence, and of course fun factor! Phase 2 will be for those who are older or have more experience. It will have a longer flow trail with berms, small tabletop jumps, rock gardens, and other more progressive features. The park has several miles of trails that riders of all ages and abilities can enjoy.
