ELIGIBILITY SUMMARY
To be considered for this juried studio tour and art show, you must be a practicing artist with studio or living space within a 15-mile radius of the main intersection in Greenville, NY (Routes 32 & 81).
​
No Studio space? No problem - please apply. We have limited space at the Big Eye Gallery where you and your art can be hosted.
​
A $10 non-refundable application fee is required but does not guarantee acceptance. However, it does guarantee a one-year membership to Arts Around Greenville including all membership benefits.

Application and payment must be received by 4/29. Once all applications have been reviewed, artists will be selected and notified by 5/6

1. Review & Select the tour participation option that is right for you - Studio Tour Artist, Group Tour Artist, or Aspiring Artist Member. Keep scrolling down this page for details on all three options.

2. Apply by completing the Studio Tour Application located on this page.

3. Submit images of 3 pieces of work and the $10 application fee by the 4/29 deadline.

Step 1:
Review Options & Select One
Option One:
Studio Tour Artist
For artists with a desire to promote their studio space by welcoming the public into it. The artist should have a strong, abundant body of work as guests will expect an art experience.
FEE: $70
BENEFITS: Art displayed at Prevost Hall from July 8th - 30th. Artist's studio location will be published on Studio Tour Map along with one image of work, artist's contact information and website. Navigational tour signs will be provided. Opportunity to promote work on Arts Around Greenville web pages and social media.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide 3 images of work under 24" in any direction, and under 5lbs. unless free standing sculpture. Welcome a committee member into your studio prior to the event for safety and accessibility inspection. Keep studio open for the duration of the Studio Tour. Provide ready-to-hang work for Prevost hall Art Show on July 5th between 9am - 6pm, and pick up July 31st between 11am - 4pm . Commitment to sit at Prevost Hall show for a 2-hour block - to be scheduled by show coordinator. Attend Prevost Hall show opening on July 8th, 6 -8pm. Artists with social media should promote the Studio Tour including sharing AAG social posts. No commissions on studio sales, but donations are appreciated at the artist's discretion, 15% is recommended.
Option Two:
Group Tour Artist
For Artists with limited and / or private studio space that cannot be accessed by the public
FEE: $70
BENEFITS: Access to local group studio space at the Greenville Public Library for Studio Tour dates. Additionally, art displayed at Prevost Hall from July 8th - 30th. The Library will be published on Studio Tour Map along with list of artists and artist websites. Opportunity to promote work on Arts Around Greenville web pages and social media.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide 3 images of work under 24" in any direction, and under 5lbs. unless free standing sculpture. Coordinate with Hope Konecny for display details, hanging times, and take down date. Attend Prevost Hall Art Show opening on July 8th, 6 - 8pm, and be present at the Greenville Library for duration of Studio Tour. Artists will install their ready-to-hang work at Prevost Hall on July 5th during designated hours, and pick up on July 31st between 11am - 4pm. Commitment to gallery sit for a 2-hour block - to be scheduled by show coordinator. Artists with social media should promote the Studio Tour including sharing AAG social posts. 15% donation is suggested in lieu of commission on art sales.
Option Three:
Aspiring Artist Member
For Artists who may be new to art show experience, with a desire for feedback and potential sales. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow as an artist and immerse yourself in the local art community.
FEE: $40
BENEFITS: Up to 2 pieces of work displayed in group show at the Greenville Public Library Art Gallery on July 8th, 6 - 8pm and July 23rd and 24th, 11am - 5pm. Show location will be published on Studio Tour map and artist's name will appear on group list.

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide 3 images of work under 24" in any direction, and under 5lbs. unless free standing sculpture. Be present at show for opening and duration of Studio Tour. Provide ready-to-hang work for Greenville Public Library Art Show on July 6th between 4 - 8pm & July 7th between 10am - 1pm, and pick up on July 31st between 11am - 4pm. 15% donation is suggested in lieu of commission on art sales.

Submit Your Art
Email art submissions by clicking button below, or send to artsaroundgreenville@gmail.com with "AAGST 2022 SUBMISSION" in the subject line.
IMPORTANT: In the body of the email, please indicate which Studio Tour option you prefer (Studio Tour Artist, Group Tour Artist, or Aspiring Member Artist). Each submitted image .jpg or .png file should be named using the title of the work only. Also, include the dimensions and materials of each piece.
You must follow our standard guidelines for submitting images: .jpg or .png format, no larger than 3MB, in focus and cropped. Please note, art for submission should be no larger than 24" x 24" and must be under 5 lbs. (unless it is free standing sculpture.

The application fee entitles you to a one-year Arts Around Greenville membership.
