ARTISTS' RULES AND REGULATIONS

Hours: 11am to 5pm

Location: Vanderbilt Park

Eligibility: Open to all artists in NYS. All work exhibited and sold must be the original artwork produced by the registered applicant. Mass produced items and imported objects are not eligible nor allowed. Artists are responsible for all sales, and collecting any taxes and reporting them.

Award: People's Choice for Most Creative Booth / Display - $100
​
Exhibitor Space Options: You are responsible for your own space set up including tables, chairs, tent if needed, etc. Spaces outside are 12 x 12 ft. Inside spaces will be a little smaller depending on the total number of reservations.
​
Amenities: There are flush toilets, and drinking fountains in the park. There is plenty of parking. there will be food trucks for food choices, and music from 12 - 5 pm. We are also planning on having some local vendors with art supplies and flowers.
​
Event Promotion: Will be provided through local newspapers, radio, fliers, social media, banners, and community arts and news organizations.
Parking: We will have designated parking areas set for artists.
Set up: Load in and set up will begin on Saturday, May 17th (or 18th in case of inclement weather) at 9am. Booths must be set up by 11am. All booths must be left up until the ending time of 5pm. All artists must return the display area to its original condition.

EXHIBIT SPACE OPTIONS

PRE REGISTRATION ONLY:
1. Plein Air Working / Booth Space - for those who would like to be able to work from their booth, we will have a specific area of scenic spaces available, first come, first served.
2. General Artist Space - 12 x 12 space on grass bordering the park drives and walkways.

Security and Liability: The show shall not be liable for loss of personal property, personal injury or other damages involving an exhibitor or exhibitor's agents or employees. Exhibitors shall defend and indemnify promotors from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages and penalties caused and incurred by wrongful acts of exhibitors, agents and employees.

$25 for Arts Around Greenville members
$35 for non-members
